Why I Believe in
I’m Hugo, and I’ve always believed in processes — real change doesn’t happen overnight.
In Cali, Colombia, I found a foundation that does something remarkable: it walks alongside young people for four full years as they build their life projects. I’ve watched these young people get into university, become bilingual, launch social and business ventures, and transform lives in their own communities.
